About Me

Todd provides professional tax compliance and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries. He
specializes in closely held businesses, multi-state corporate tax compliance, and high net worth individuals. His 20-plus years of taxation, accounting, auditing and business advisory services provides him with a unique ability to understand both the tax and financial impact to your business and/or personal decisions.

 

Todd is a CPA who earned a B.S. in accounting and a M.S. in Accounting with a taxation concentration from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA).

 

Outside of the office Todd enjoys getting on the field with his children’s sports teams, golfing, vacationing with and spending time with his family, and of course he always enjoys a good old fashion lobster bake.
